They were diligent in keeping me updated through the whole process and went out of their way to be helpful and informative. The Carstar representative was very friendly and helpful and helpful. The Carstar office staff was also very helpful with the car rental. The Enterprise car rental rep was pressuring me to pay the extra insurance on the car rental.

Carstar Avalon provided excellent and prompt service. They kept me informed of the progress of the repairs, and status with insurance. They are professional, keeping me from having to be the middleman between them and the insurance. I wish you do not have to use them for accident repairs, but if you do require your car to be repaired after an accident go to Carstar Avalon, in Upland, and you’ll be happy with the results.
