After an unfortunate, unexpected accident, CarStar was my one stop shop to fix the damage the lady did when she reversed into my SUV. Everyone was so kind and informative and even worked with Enterprise to drive me back and forth to drop off my SUV and pick up my rental. Thank you so much to Mike, Joe and Paola for excellent customer service and communication!! Not too mention they have the best carwash service in the area!!

Brought in our Honda pilot for body repair from collision with tree, fence and big ditch. Got a fair quote on Friday, put the car in shop on Tuesday back to me on Thursday, brand new looking vehicle for 12year old car. The staff was friendly, efficient and exceptionally professional. Completed job as quoted and surprised us by cleaning the entire exterior of the car. We are completely happy with the result and highly recommend Carstar. Thank you.

The service was a 12 out of 10. I always knew the progress level of my car repair and they returned the car back looking better than ever; seriously, it was returned fully detailed with a wax finish! BAYSHORE made me feel like I was a VIP. Highly recommended! Already told my family about the service and some friends too. This is the best place to bring your car in the Jersey Shore

They were fantastic from the time I brought my car there to the time I left with my fixed car. They were friendly and welcoming, they were very informative about the process and how long it would be till I get my car back and constantly in contact with me to give me updates. They wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible and they don't disappoint. The car was returned in stellar condition. I couldn't even tell there was ever damage to my car. These guys really know what they are doing and I can not recommend them more. This is the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic and body shop.
