Original repair was fine. But a week after receiving the vehicle back the sun visor fell out of the roof. 'No parts on have have to order and get back to you". No call back, only knew parts were in by calling myself. Now, three weeks to the day later and it's still not fixed because every time we call to get it in LIKE WE WERE TOLD TO DO, they are too busy. Wife just got off the phone and even offered to drop it off for the day vs waiting on it but nope.....tech is too busy on Thursday. Oh and also Friday so we have to wait until next week. I'm done with this place. Reporting to my insurance as well.

Carstar Autobody and their Burleson location anre amazing. They treated me kindly, handled all of the insurance stuff, got my car in the shop and repaired in a high-quality fashion. They kept me updated on all of the repairs, they answered all of my questions with patience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to get their body damage repaired the right way with a good team.
