Customer service was really good as well it’s just that communication could’ve been handled better . For instance when informing the customer that they’ll give a call back & never reaching back out , that affected my experience just a tad.

From dropping my truck off at the shop to start on my insurance claim, to keeping me posted along the way of how the repair time line was going to finalization of the repair and delivery of my truck I had the best experience from start to finish.
