As a technology guy, it’s hard to trust someone with your daughter’s car for a body shop. I don’t know anything about that business. I tried to use some shops close to my house, but none had anything available and it would be weeks before it was done. I remembered the Carstar name from living in a different area, so I looked up Carstar and found these guys in Salem. Not only were they able to work quickly with our insurance company, they had space available, and also ordered parts ahead of time so the time to fix would be short. They even had this all coordinated with enterprise for a car. Such a simple experience and amazing craftsmanship fixing my daughter’s car. Jake the GM was patient and very helpful in explaining the process + simply getting things done. everyone at the shop I interacted with was happy and smiling, which says a lot about the way the business is operated. It was also a spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

Top Shelf !! from the first call until I picked up the car. Complete top shelf, customer service and patience with someone who’s never used a body shop before. This was a big thing for us to trust our daughters new card to a body shop, we have no experience in this type of thing. Jake, the GM was a rockstar and very patient with all my silly questions. Highly recommend this shop!!

The office employees were very nice and kept me updated on the status of my repair. When I went to pick up my car it looked great. They even washed and cleaned the inside! I would use them again if I ever have the need.
