I dropped of our mini van for a bumper replacement. When I picked it up, the bumper work looked great, however the rear hatch did not open like before, the power door locks were now inoperable and when I tried to start the vehicle the battery was completely dead and would not start. After getting a power boost on the battery, I was driving the vehicle off the lot and noticed all kinds of warning lights on the dash. “Chase “ the representative for your shop was very staunch and firm telling me these are not bumper related issues. I was firm in telling him these issues did not exist before I left it in his care. He was totally uninterested in resolving the issue other than telling me it was on my dime. The battery in the vehicle was purchased in July of 2024 and was in perfect operating condition when I dropped off the vehicle. I told Chase to check with the guys who worked on the vehicle and they could tell him everything was operable. He refused. He also accused me of things that never happened and says he has 4 witnesses, which only tells me he has 4 people who will lie for him. I told him to show me a video. Of course he says there is no video. Most argumentative, unprofessional place, I have ever dealt with. I am beyond frustrated.

Chase was completely unwilling to accept any responsibility for causing these issues. Instead he was trying to force me to take our vehicle back with new issues caused while in his care.

The shop manager went out of his way to provide us with a better quote through getting ggod used parts as oppssed to new parts. The estimate was fair and the time to repair the damage was very close to what was quoted
