Dropped the car off 1/9/2026. Gave the shop plenty of time to complete the repairs. I picked up the vehicle on 1/30/2026. Representative told me the vehicle has been complete and back to factory spec. Took the vehicle home. While driving the vehicle, I noticed the assist camera on the side mirror was not functioning. Upon further inspection, I noticed dirty hand prints all over the side door panels. Scratched door jams. After inspecting the wheel’s which were noted as “brand new”. They are not brand new, just the old ones polished and repainted. I called the shop on Friday 1/30/2026. A representative said he would get back to me by the end of the day. I have not heard from anyone with any explanation.

This was truly a great experience with CARSTAR. My expectations were handled very well by Eric who kept me informed during the whole process. My car looks beautiful, back to new car condition. If I have the need in the future, I will come back to CARSTAR. 👍
