I was extremely satisfied with the customer service that me & my wife received here. My insurance tried to make it difficult. But Erick the manager fought for us every step of the way. I wasn't sure what to expect when I took my car in. I was happy to meet Eric. He was my advisor and took care of everything. He explained the entire process and kept me updated during the repairs. Things were pretty smooth throughout the whole time my car was in the shop. I picked up my car and it looks as good as new. Thank you so much.

Like I said to the staff, they made the whole process super easy. The minute I walked in they knew who I was and what needed to be done. Drop off was a snap and my car was returned on time. Coffee in lobby hit the spot. Car looked great upon return. Hope I personally never need your services again (lol) but knowing y CARstar is available, is comforting.

Car Star was impressive from the very first call. The receptionist had a friendly and well informed demeanor and made me feel comfortable about taking my elderly Moms car to their shop. The shop itself is very impressive with spacious parking, separate from the work area. The office and lobby are comfortable, modern and clean and the receptionist and car inspector were both friendly and informative. They really went above and beyond on the work! It took longer than expected, but they clearly explained the process of thoroughly inspecting the mechanical damage before addressing the cosmetics. It made me feel confident that the car was in good hands and very safe for my mom to drive. They did more than what was expected and I highly appreciate it! They even polished and detailed the car inside and out and had it smelling fresh! The attention to detail is impeccable. I am an avid car enthusiast and would be very confident in taking any of my classic, or exotic cars to Car Star. I’m very happy to highly recommend Car Star to everyone!
