Everything went well as I know you can’t control how long it takes to get a catalytic converter. My only issue is I had to pay $250 for a new battery. It seems there should be some way to bill the insurance company when a repair takes this long. Again not your fault but I wish something could have been done as I’m out $1,250 instead of $1,000. People were nice. Car was clean when I got it back. All good. Thanks

I went in early March and was told they would order my bumper and it would be about a week. A week later I called them to check on things and was told it hasn’t come in yet. I waited another week and was told the same thing. I called after another week and was told the original guy no longer works there and I would need to come in again and have the new guy look at my car. So I go in and find out no bumper was ever ordered. So the new guy says he will look for a bumber and call me. A couple days later he has one and I can bring my car in Thursday morning and it should be done by Friday end of day. Friday end of day he says he’s not satisfied with the paint job and it will be ready Monday. I call Monday and the paint machine is broken. So it should be fixed by Tuesday. I finally get my car on Wednesday.
