Externally it appears AWESOME. I had forgotten what it looked like. I am hopeful that mechanically it is sound as well as areas I will never hopefully see. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make sure they were listening to what I was concerned about and followed through to make sure it would be addressed. I was informed at every step and they even welcomed me to stop by to see how the repairs and the process was going. Great experience for an unpleasant undertaking.

Even though it was very much delayed & was returned dirty and there are fit & finish issues as indicated throughout this survey, they are still very good people and have great customer service. I enjoyed working with them.

Took way too long for the repair considering the small nature of the original problem. Additionally, the fit & finish was not great. Having To address this situation, but I am having to pay out of my own pocket for new clips to get the fit & finish to be better & back to the way it was originally.

They did a very thorough job and my car looks new again after their work. Also I only expected exterior work but they did a interior detail clean as well! I was very impressed and happy I went with Carrender Car Star in Buckner.

I was told an area on my hood would be fixed and it wasn’t. Glue adhesive was on my driver side door and on the inside of the driver side door. Paint had devots all over the hood.
