We had a very good experience with Carstar. Everyone there is courteous and explained all of the work that they would be doing to my car. I was kept informed through the entire process. They got my car finished a couple of days before it was expected to be done.

I had no idea it would take such a long time to get my car repaired. It was frustrating that parts were hard to find since it is a newer model. Carstar Carrender worked diligently to track down the parts and kept in contact with my husband. After 7 months from the accident, my car looks great!
