I appreciate that my car has a new bumper and a great paint job (car accident resulted in a crunched bumper). But my bumper seems to no longer fully connect to the back of my car like it used to.

The lady at the front desk (Sonia? I believe) was great at doing her best to help meet my needs despite others (Enterprise- car rental shop) not fulfilling their responsibilities. She did a great job reminding me of my appointment, being patient with my situation (3 small children), and updating me about my car's repair status. Also, other workers did a great job answering my questions, and speaking to me in a calm, respectful, and honest way about needed repairs, parts, and cost. Thank you.

Excellent. Top Notch. Besides the hail damage perfectly fixed, even scratches that were there before were gone/ fixed. They even cleaned it the inside of my car that I had left dusty.
