I have so many things to say. I don’t even know where to start. From the top to the bottom maybe? First of all the owner, Aron, who took time to answer my questions regardless of how many I asked. Who told me to call back if I had more questions, as if I hadn’t just taken 30 minutes of his time already. Then, when I took him up on his offer and called him back, did not in any way, shape or form make me feel as though I was wasting any more of his time…even though I had called…again. How about the customer service, Sonya, who was always pleasant and also encouraged me to call with questions? Who kept me updated weekly and if she didn’t know the answer, went out of her way to find the answer. I walked in the door 10 minutes before closing time and they were as friendly as if it had been early in the day. This front office is a prime example of how customer oriented businesses should operate. Now on to the repair work, the beyond fabulous repair work. Working with limited staff because well, life happens, yet still finishing before the estimated complete by date, AMAZING. Finally the detailed interior. The person who did that deserves a raise. I’ve paid people more (specifically to detail the interior) and gotten less. The inside of my car looks gorgeous. You all are a prime example of how it’s not just about doing the work but it’s all the small details that matter. I will post this same review on other sites as well. Thank you all for everything. It’s stressful enough to be in a wreck and worry about transportation and finances. Having a company like you all, feeling confident that my car was in good hands made it all so much more bearable. I will recommend you to everyone and if (hopefully a big if) I’m ever in need of collision or body repair services ever again, you will be the first people I call.
