We had such a great experience with having our navigator repaired after a collision. From the accident scene, I reached out to the service advisor that I always use at the dealershipwho immediately got me in touch with David. This was on a Saturday morning mind you. Within minutes, David was calling me from his personal cell phone to first and foremost check to make sure I was OK but then see if the car was drivable or if he needed to have a tow truck on the way to me right then and there. The car was drivable so I did take it home until we were able to get insurance settled, but David service did not stop there. He came and personally picked up my vehicle so that I would not have to work around the schedules of three babies to take my car in. Once they’re his team kept me updated every step of the way. It was the most stress-free process I have ever been a part of. To say I am thankful as an understatement. The car is back and looks just like it did when I bought it last year. You guys are the best and I cannot thank you enough!

This is my second repair with CarStar. The team is so kind and helpful, and they handle everything for you. My rental car was not delivered as expected, so one of the owners drove me to the rental place. I got my car back quickly and it had been cleaned thoroughly. I even get another detail within the year on them! 10/10 service.
