No issues with my vehicle. Everybody was decently nice I do recommend the employees who handle vehicle pickups do a bit better at going over the paperwork and explaining the work done on the vehicle.

The repair of my vehicle was absolutely amazing. I am so happy with the work CarStar provided. The job was finished ahead of the estimated time which I really appreciated. The staff was kind and helpful and very knowlegeable. They addressed my concerns and made me feel very comfortable about the end result. This was my first experience in getting body work done after a minor collision in over60 years of driving. I knew nothing about Car Star until my insurance company recommended it. I could not be more pleased. The Car Star staff and mechanics were all terrific. They handled my work quickly and in a very courteous manner. They kept me informed every step of the way and coordinated everything with my insurer and a renta car company that provided transportation while the work was going on. The jof was completed in a week and as a result my vehicle is just like brand new.. I hope I never need body work from a collision again, but I know for certain who to call if it does occur: Car Star!
