People were friendly and professional however, my car was done except for pinstripes on Tuesday, but was only told they were waiting for a part. If I'd known, I would have taken my car and brought it back when they had it instead of paying for 5 more days of insurance on the rental. Someone was supposed to call me back and never did.

The touch up of the scratches and spots was part of the estimate but not even attempted on most of the truck, including the box.

Did not touch up the nicks and scratches at all on the box and poorly or nonexistent on the majority of the truck. The estimate said that the “entire” truck would be touched up and I paid the full price of the estimate. The employee who checked me out at 8 am stated that the box was not touched up because it was not in the estimate. That is not correct.
