We brought the car in on a Monday to be looked at we’re told to come back Wednesday for the job. When we got there Wednesday, we were told we had to wait until the other car parts had to come in. I called a few days later to see what the status was, I couldn’t get through so the phone sent me to a Person working from home with a baby crying in the background who then sent me to ABRA. So that part could be improved if you’re looking to change anything.

I was not able to get through on the phone lines as it just rang busy or just hung up on me. I was also advised my car would only take a few days and it took 2 weeks. When I got my car back the door handle still had scratches on it however the employees were very nice to me. Linda was very accommodating and was able to get me a rental car

I was very happy with the repair of my dent in my Ford F150 truck. What I did not expect was for my truck to be cleaned, inside and out. We had taken a vacation with our two dogs right before the repair, and I know the inside was a mess with dog hair. Thank you for doing that - it really impressed me.

Just one thing... I was told five or six days to complete the repair and it was fourteen days. It turned out to be ok and didn't cause any problems for us. Thank you for your excellent work and professional service.

Great communication and accommodation. Wonderful work, my car was SO clean when I got it back. Wish the repair was faster but that is out of their control.
