"Carstar did an excellent job repairing the driver door on my Infiniti after the accident. The work is top-notch — the paint match is perfect, the door aligns and operates smoothly like new, and the overall finish looks factory. Decent service, but new windshield was dirty, car wash sticker was placed on the wrong side, and there was debris on my dashboard. I expect this from a "autoglass" place. Not a OEM shop.

Overall the car looks really good. I was a bit disappointed with how it looked with how the paint was taped inside the door and inside gas lid.

They did great work and staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish could've been better was for them to have realized sooner that there was a problem with the power steering as that probably would have shortened the time they had my car.

Could not be happier with the entire experience of taking my car in for evaluation after an accident through the process of getting it fixed. All people in the company were very professional and pleasant to work with, the repair was finished perfectly, AND they detailed the vehicle. It was so clean inside I hesitated a moment because I thought it wasn't my car.
