The repairs done to the Forester were exceptional. The front end was repaired perfectly and the paint matched the factory color like new. Drew was even able to update per extra request the radio and it looks and works phenomenal. Extremely happy.

I had my Daughters Subura recently in to be repaired due to hit and run in a parking lot. Drew got the vehicle back to new condition and quickly. Especially during the holidays on an older vehicle. I even asked for a radio upgrade and he was able to handle the request. He found what turned out to be like an iPad for the 2011 Forester. My teenager was so happy she was showing to all of her friends at school. I couldn’t have found the same type of replacement at Best Buy to look like a Factory replacement as Drew and CarStar did! The repairs to the vehicle were perfect on the outside! We couldn’t be happier.

The most stress free and quick experience I’ve ever had with a car repair! They are so helpful and kind! The morning of my accident I called CarStar and Drew (the owner) immediately told me to bring my car in. From there Kristin (the office manager) called insurance and handled the claim info then she called car rental places and got me set up with a rental and relayed the rental info to insurance. She even drove me over to the car rental place and helped with the process there. My car was fixed in basically a week! This place and the people there are amazing! The most helpful and honest place you could find. Outstanding customer service, quick repairs and they really go the extra mile. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who asks for a good place for car repairs!
