The office staff was so personable and the person repairing my car went out of the way to give me the best price and get my car done as soon as possible. The have done work for me before which is why I went back there, and will again if I ever need work done.

It took a month for repairs, ordering parts, etc. I find it difficult to give a grade score because we have only had the car back from the repair shop for a week.

I was very unhappy and when I came to pick up my vehicle, I complained and asked to speak to someone. A young man came out and got in my face in an attempt to provoke me. I have never had anything to happen to me like that. The repairs were over thirty days being repaired and the price of the tire replacement was excessive. I will never use your services again and I will let everyone I know how I was treated

This comment should be after question 4: communication in the beginning was overwhelming; however, after the time estimate was texted there was 0 communication. We had to call day of estimated completion and was told it was on track to be finished that day and someone would call us. About 2 pm we phoned to get an estimate and even asked about picking up the next day. We were told it was still on track and should be finished by 4:30 and they would call to confirm. No call came. Since we were about 30+ minutes away we left our home at 4:00. We arrived and car was finishing up and we were asked if we wanted it's was to be toweled dry (it was 4:45), we declined and said it was fine to air dry. I noticed at that point carstar closes at 5. We would have been fine picking up next day, a simple communication that afternoon would've been great. If that communication was made our overall rating would've been a 10. We were happy with the entire experience except the afternoon of being in flux trying to time manage our day.
