When I brought the car there, the front door locking mechanism was working correctly. It was not properly replaced and is now not working as it should. A repair has been promised but only after an unnecessary return trip to confirm that an error was made.

Although they did a great job, I will say it was very frustrating having my car returned with zero gas. It wasnt on E when it was sent to carstar. This is my only complaint. Everything else was fantastic and the car looks great.

I had my one-year-old CR-V towed to Carstar with fairly extensive damage after an accident. I received frequent updates letting me know where they were in the repair process, and when they were finished with it, the car looked just as good as it did when I drove it home from the dealership. You would never guess that it had been in an accident. Excellent job guys!
