Carstar was such a great experience! My car was rear-ended and needed to find a collision center to do an estimate for the damage. I called around and got estimates from three other places in Wilmington but from the beginning the people at Carstar had won me over. The receptionist was so nice and helpful from the start and their prices were better than any of the other estimates we received. While my war was at the shop getting fixed, they sent regular email updates registering the status of the car and percent completion until it was ready to be picked up. After getting it, they had not only fixed the issue but has also washed and vacuumed my car!! I would highly recommend carstar and look forward to going to them again.
