The job was eventually done well after a month of delays. They could use some project management experience. They gave me an initial time estimate of 1 week, then texted to say there was a part missing and pushed a week, then texted again to say there was another part missing and they needed another week. They did this 4 times. If they had taken inventory of the needed parts at the beginning of the project, and found out their availability, they could have given me a better time estimate.

17 days to replace part of a bumper of an American made vehicle? I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday and the parts weren’t even ordered until Friday. I was given 4 separate dates that the job should have been completed and none of them were correct. This job should not have taken so long.
