Modern Vehicles are electronic marvels. When my vehicle's computer wouldn't stay "reset" after the extensive repairs, I took it back and the owner listened to my concerns, had his people "clear the codes" again while I watched. When they came back on the test drive, He (Larry Prater) immediately called the Ford dealer and got an appointment to have them do a "Factory Only" reset, got me a rental car, interviewed me about any other issues that I had with the repair and set me on my way in a rental. Could not have been a better response.

I was extremely satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. The only reason I'm giving a 6/10 instead of 10/10 is the lack of communication with the customer. If they correct this issue, I would gladly reccomend this business to a family member or friend.
