All the staff at CarStar were so helpful but Madeline was especially great at explaining their process and keeping me informed. She texted nearly every day with updates so I knew when to anticipate my car being finished.

Our 2023 Ascent recently hit a deer/a deer hit it. CARSTAR in Purcellville was one of the provider options through our insurance and they were professional and responsive. They did a fantastic job with our car, and also communication with both us and our insurance company. We received text updates at each step of the process and they were available if we called with questions. We picked up the car this week and received a detailed list of all the work that was done. The car looks better than it did before the deer incident and it’s driving great too.

The repairs look phenomenal and very professional. I cannot even tell there was any damage prior to bringing my truck to you. Also, I appreciate the little things such as frequent text updates and having my truck clean and washed when I picked it up. Thank you!

They finished the car ahead of schedule and provided some additional services, including interior/exterior cleaning, and buffing out some exterior scratches at no extra charge. All of their staff (front desk, service, and auto body technicians) were friendly, available, and approachable to discuss our questions and concerns throughout the repair process.
