"The repair is perfect...my car came back perfectly restored, and they took time clean the entire car and that was definitely noticed and appreciated. Thats the upside. The down side seems to be that they are extremely expensive. I had a cracked grill and a small dent in my hood. It is a Hyudai and the grill alone was over 1,200 dollars but even if they bought a brand new hood and painted it Im not sure how the final price came to $8,000. Thank God I had insurance which covered it the accident. Which brings me to my next issue...apparently my adjustor had been unresponsive when Superior contacted them with the repair order. I had been given a repair time of almost 5 weeks a few days after dropping it off in early November. So a few days before it was supposed to be ready on December 11th I called Superior to check on progress hopping perhaps they might be ahead of schedule. It was only then that they informed me that my adjuster had been unresponsive despite having attempted to reach him numerous times. At this point I had been with out my vehicle for over a month. Needless to say I was not happy - primarily with my insurance company but also disappointed they never contacted me to inform me that all work had been on hold this entire time. I managed to get things moving by calling my insurance company and filed a complaint. The next day they authorized the payment and was only then that Superior ordered my parts for the repair. It then took an addional 3 weeks to get my car repaired. I would have given them a 10 but this failure to communicate the issue to me...led to huge delay in getting my car back on the road. They were helpful at the end to get things moving but I definitely should have been informed much sooner they were having an issue with my insurance. I would have had my car back much sooner. Its for those reasons, and the very high cost that I am only giving them a 7. They do excellent work - and they were very professional in all other respects which is why Im giving them a 7 and not a 1." Read less

When I came to pick my car up, it looked better than the day I bought it. It was repaired perfectly and spotlessly clean the detailing was flawless. The staff was incredibly professional competent and thorough and handled everything beautifully. I would not go anywhere else after this experience, I highly recommend.
