Wow wow wow! Thank you immensely to the team at Carstar! This was truly the first experience I've had in automotive repairs that didn't leave me frustrated, overcharged, or high-and-dry. Mike was especially helpful and gracious throughout the entire process. He was able to take my car in at a moment's notice and was attentive to the repair process the entire time. Mike was exceptionally communicative and took time to update me on the car's progress; his level of care and attention paid to my vehicle and my experience was absolutely remarkable. Besides the amazing and helpful team, the car repairs were top-notch; Mike even took it upon himself to fix up a few other minor cosmetic details and returned the car to me better than ever. I was so excited to be reunited with my baby Beetle, but even more so, I was excited to have found a repair shop that shows how much it truly values its clients. I would never wish more car repairs on me or anyone, but if the day comes again that I need help, I'm heading right back to Mike and the team at Carstar.
