My experience at CARSTAR Purcellville was beyond excellent. All of the people in the office were so helpful, kind, and super-competent. Michael Jaques, in particular, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He answered every question I had and kept me informed throughout the process of repairing my car. He took special care in making sure that my car was repaired perfectly and that I was satisfied with the work. He was focused on getting my car back to me in a timely fashion and he facilitated my rental car drop-off at CARSTAR. He made me feel that my car was in good hands. And my car now looks better than it did before the accident. I've never had a better experience at a car repair place. Thank you, Michael and thank you, CARSTAR. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who asks and will always return here if I need work done.

The process was very smooth and professional. Mike Jacques was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to help with the repair on my daughters car. He was able to schedule the repair at the right time and completed it a day sooner than expected. An unexpected broken headlight came up after the initial repair consultation and Mike was able to take care of it at the same time for us. Overall a great experience. Thank you.
