The entire process went very smoothly. I appreciated the constant communication with me about my vehicles status . Very professional and kind. Everything was good except for one small part that stood out. It is a small piece of the fender plastic that is a different color and texture and it doesn’t seem to entirely fit in place.

I received automated text messages that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and that I would be receiving a phone call and I never did. I tried calling numerous times for two hours and no one ever answered. Then I got a text saying that my vehicle had been picked up and I never even picked it up so I don’t know what is going on. Now the place is closed until Monday so I have to wait the whole weekend not knowing if someone else picked up my vehicle or what is going on with it. I have a rental and it is supposed to be turned in upon receiving my vehicle so I hope I don’t get charged for the rental since the Collision Specialists claim my vehicle was picked by me today (Friday). Very poor communication from your company and hopefully my Tahoe was not taken by anyone else.
