Very disappointing experience and concerning lack of accountability. While my vehicle was in their possession, a pair of black earbuds was taken from inside the car. The earbuds had location tracking enabled, and the last known location showed the same 2124 N Central Ave address where my vehicle was being serviced. Communication throughout the process was poor. I repeatedly called for updates and was consistently told the vehicle would be ready “by the afternoon” even though no meaningful progress was being made. After a week of waiting, I received a call asking when the truck would be delivered despite the fact that it had already been at their location for a WEEK. This was clear lack of organization and awareness of my vehicle. If the shop was backed up, I would have appreciated honest communication. Instead, my vehicle remained untouched for an extended period while I was given misleading timelines. Due to the delays, my insurance ultimately removed the vehicle from the location and completed the estimate in less than a week. As a result, I exhausted my rental coverage and I am now WITHOUT a vehicle. This situation could have been avoided with proper communication. I have serious concerns about both the handling of customer PROPERTY and overall service reliability. 1/10

3 day repair was scheduled for 8 days and then took 15 days! When picked up was still missing rock guard that had been discussed. Now have to make another trip back to get it installed !
