My only frustration was the automatic text messages telling me my car would be ready by a certain date and then moving the date several times. I had scheduled things thinking I would have my car and had to reschedule or find an alternative way of traveling quickly. I would have appreciated a realistic steadfast date for pickup and if it needed to change to receive a call from someone explaining why you need more time. If I had a better understanding of when I would have my car even if it would take a while I could have planned to get a rental or something like it.
