They did okay! Like I’ve already said I thought they would walk out to my car with me and tell me exactly what they did. Also give me instructions on when I could wash my car.

Never. I would never want someone else to go through that. I might refer somebody I absolutely hate.

I'm sure this is not a surprise. Our car should have been totaled- instead, we spent months waiting for fixes, only to have to have it brought back to the shop 3 times with ever mounting damage on it. It hurt financially and we are currently exploring legal options of recourse vecause none has been offerred by the shop. On top of all this, Julie was a terrible person to have to work with- she was disorganized and dishonest with us and the Honda shop that eventually was brought in. I could not be less dissatisfied with how this turned out.

Julie is terrible- She does not call when she says she will. Left us with weeks of no communication, and constantly had excuses for why her job was done so poorly.

These people were wonderful from the beginning to the completion of of the repair to my vehicle. They understood the pressures I was feeling due to the cost/length of time needed to fix the damage to my vehicle. Cosmetically, the car looks good. But again, until I drive the car for awhile, I won't know for sure.

According to the VW dealership, the EVAP system behind the spare tire if damaged would cause what I have been experiencing since the accident - stalling (as if somebody is braking while I am accelerating), dying/ engine cutting off after driving for at least 1/2 hour. Apparently, no damage to the EVAP system was found...I am not going to know whether this problem continues until I get to drive it for a few weeks.
