My car came out great! Except upon drop off I was told 1 week and then asked if I was ok with that and I said yes. I got a rental car for a week. However I kept having to extend and pay for my rental because my car wasn’t ready for pickup until March 3rd. Drop off was January 25th. And I understand my car parts arrived late but I didn’t get any updates on my car unless I called checking on it then I started to receive texts about it.

I knew it was going to be a long wait to get the repairs done on my car. I was very impressed with them keeping me up to date every week and calling when they said they would. I never had to call and find out what was going on they always beat me to it

I was told they were ready to work on my car when I was to drop if off on Tuesday morning but didn't start working on it until Friday morning. leaving me to pay for an additional three days for the rental. Not happy about it.
