You kept my car for a week before starting to work on it. We needed that car to get to Idaho, which we could have done had you not left it sit for a week. When I called to discuss this, the lady I spoke with said that if you'd known that, you wouldn't have kept it for that long. Except you did know that. I told that to Steve when I dropped the car off. Also, they told me they would call me after they'd disassembled the car to let me know if there was anything else that needed to be done and provide an estimate for when it would be finished, and that they'd call me when it was finished. I never received a call or a text on either occasion. I was given excuses about why it takes so long, which point directly to the poor management of the business and the disregard for the actual well-being of the customer.

It was quality work as always but left my car on a Tuesday as I had an appointment to do so, but they did not start my vehicle until the next Tuesday. Not cool.
