The only thing keeping this from being a 10 is the fact that it took so long to get an appointment to have the work done.

My first thought was the time it took to finish the repair Was too long. But given the complexity of the repair And having to wait on approval from the insurance Company and the special materials required to do the Repair, the quality of work by far exceeded the inconveniences Of the long wait.
