The repair was pushed back a month. Given an estimate had already been made, one would have thought the parts would have been ordered and ready to go. Instead, the repair took three weeks. I could have driven my car while waiting for the parts; but that was never offered. The only good thing was how Stephanie worked with my insurance - she did great work.
