I chose to come to you guys because of the little extra things that made me like you guys. Things like giving a little paint sample for little touch ups. All things being equal it’s the little things that make a difference. Apparently that’s not the case anymore. No paint sample means you don’t have the same appreciation for your customers. The little things make a difference.
