The repairs were beyond what I expected but I never received any updates or phone calls and it took far longer than expected. Then when I picked up car, the door handle came off and had to return to have that repaired.

Everyone very welcoming and friendly. Very willing to take me to car rental place. They kept me appraised on the progress of the repair And when we picked it up the car was perfectly clean inside and out ! And looked as good as new
