I cannot say enough great things about the team of delta collision. When I was rear-ended in my brand new car, they made the whole process as painless as possible. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and very responsive. They helped me every step of the way including navigating using someone elses insurance and having a rental to ensure life continued to run smoothly. My car came out good as new! Thank you so much to the team- you guys are the best!

Everyone was friendly, efficient and professional. My minor repairs took longer than I expected, but Delta advised me that the shipping of a part was delayed. They compensated me appropriately for the delay by covering the last few days of my rental car.
