Phil (the owner of Delta Collision, Minerva (the assistant at Delta Collision) & Melissa (manager at Enterprise rental car in Old Bridge) offered superior service and were delightfully accommodating through the entire process and the best part of it all, is that the repairs were topnotch! Picked up car on Thursday Jan 15 at 8:00 am( Felipe called the day before around 4:00 pm stating the car is ready to be picked up at 6:00 pm that evening) Was told the car is not ready, the owner looked at the car the previous evening and the bumper was not fixed properly. Not sure how long it will take to fix. i was at the premises not more than 20 mins, and while i was about to drive away in the rental car, i was notified that the car was now ready.

The staff was extremely helpful. The repairs were performed correctly in a timely manner. The only complaint we have is the inside of the car has a heavy paint smell which we can't seem to get rid of. We have felt a little nauseous from the strong smell.
