I am completely satisfied with the work that was done on my car. They were courteous, professional and delivered the car in a very timely fashion. This is my second experience and I am very pleased with Delta Collision.

Everyone was friendly, efficient and professional. My minor repairs took longer than I expected, but Delta advised me that the shipping of a part was delayed. They compensated me appropriately for the delay by covering the last few days of my rental car.

I had a great experience with Delta Collision after my recent accident. My advisor, Nick, was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. He answered my questions clearly and set realistic expectations regarding timing and repairs. While the work took a little longer than originally expected due to parts delays, the communication made the process much less stressful. The final result was well worth the wait. My car looks and drives like it did the day it came off the lot, and the detailing was a nice finishing touch. Thank you to Nick and the entire Delta Collision team for their quality work and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repairs.

The repairs took a whole lot longer than I was told they were going to. That could be partly do to my insurance, but I was not updated at all throughout the process of repair. I had to keep calling and asking for updates and I feel like the receptionist was a little rude at times. I didn’t even know that my car hadn’t been worked on for the first month It was there. I called for an update on when I could pick it up and was told they hadn’t even started working on it yet. Finally after picking it up, I was satisfied with the repairs, but not very happy with how the rear bumper and rear quarter paint didn’t match perfectly. All in all they definitely did a better job than the first shop and we’re pretty straightforward. I would recommend the shop but only if you don’t mind waiting a little bit longer to get it back.

If it’s minor repairs, they do a great job. The only issue I had repair wise was the color match didn’t look perfect

The whole process was very stressful. My car was at the shop for way longer than expected, and I was never given any updates. If I wanted them I had to call. upon picking my car up, the work was done good except I was missing the spare tire cover, Now my trunk sags due to no support. Also the cubby cover in my hatch that holds the spare lug wrench was broken, and the paint did not match very well from the bumper to the quarter. all and all I do recommend them if you have minor work needed to be done, but I probably will not bring my car back for future repairs.

The customer service while being there was good, but I never got any updates and was never called to let me know what was going on. A few times when I called up there, it almost felt like I was an inconvenience, and the receptionist sounded a little rude.
