I have used you three times and have always been completely satisfied. Today I picked up my car and to my dismay found something wrong with my car that was not there when I brought it in. Unfortunately saw it when I got home and too tired to bring it back. I sent a message to you and picture regarding this.

I was totally satisfied with the work you did but it was not acceptable that you keep my car for one full month for a fender accident. I had to pay people to take me to work,stores, doctors and all the places I need a ride. Not being well it was very hard.

I especially appreciate that the team went the extra step to reattach the external E-ZPass, which had been damaged in the accident.
