Carstar Eddy did an excellent job repairing the front end damage on my Land Cruiser. It’s an older car but I love it! The experience at Carstar Eddy was great starting with customer service from their Manager Ruth who communicated very well, provided the information needed, handled all the interaction with insurance and kept me updated on progress. Truck repair was completed on time and it looks way better than before my accident. Thank you to Carstar Eddy and staff!

Ruth was amazing! She was thorough in explaining the process to get my car fixed. She listened to any concerns that I had and was able to answer any questions to the best of her knowledge. She was also helpful in obtaining fast pick up services with enterprise. I was given a itemized statement that outlined every part on my car that was worked on and/or replaced. The work on my Honda is incredible you can’t tell it was hit. Thank you all for your services!

This repair went above and beyond what I could've ever imagined. I feel like i have a brand new car. The customer service, the actual repair, the timeliness, the communication and experience were perfect. I could not recommend this place enough. Ruth is so sweet and kind too which was just the cherry on top. I would give this place a 17/10 if i could!
