Due to the fact that I am a Major League Baseball player. At times it’s hard to have a flexible schedule. Empire auto group was more than understandable. And we’re able and more than willing to accommodate me with my hectic schedule. They conducted phenomenal repairs on my vehicle. Using all authentic parts from my manufacturer. Very comforting customer service. Compassionate yet very direct. Hands down a customer for a long time.

Very clear and precise when it comes to communication. I really like the fact that I’d receive an updated call every other day in regards to the vehicle. Whether that was repair updates, part updates or even the insurance company. You guys did great work all across the board.

Constant delays, constant broken commitments. Using the Travellers shop was supposed to make it easier but it made it harder.
