Great work and even better customer service. The person I dealt with the entire process was the assistant manager named Henry and he was easy to communicate with and catered to my every need. The car wasn’t picked up today nor it was ready. It’s supposed to be ready on 9/17. Why are you sending wrong nesssges and asking to respond to this survey? Please fix this issue. This is FYI.
