The process was very easy from start to finish. I’m completely satisfied with the service that was provided. The whole process was explained and I did not have to do anything. I was kept informed of the progress of me repairs and my car was finished early. My car is as good as new. Every person I spoke with was very professional and they made it very easy. Five stars plus!

Bumper repair quality was done very well, however, the leather on the steering wheel has been completely destroyed since I left the car for repair, it was like new when left and was completely ruined when picking up the vehicle for the bumper repair

I was pleased with all aspects of CARSTAR FB’s service. I confess I didn’t really understand why the repair took 30 days but it was completed in time for me to return the rental car within the 30 day contract just before I left on vacation. Thanks for that!
