I was only able to pick up my car after hours thru Fred Beans. Fred Beans staff didn't seem to know what was going on. They seemed to just not communicate internally. I wasn't given any touch up paint or instructions as to when I could wash my car. My car should have been delivered clean, washed before repairs were done. I would have washed it prior but thought it would be done. I'm driving with a 3/4 dirty car.

Who knows? If someone had a small job I would consider Carstars to be expensive.

Carstar painted my pick up truck's cab roof which I thought would be 4 or $500, instead they charged over $800! It said the work was professionally done and looked new. They did warn me up front that they could break the windshield trying to take it off which to my opinion was like saying here's how much it cost for the job but I'll charge you 250 extra because we're going to break your windshield. I did go to another location for a quote and they were higher. They also warned me about breaking a windshield. It seems to me after having several windshields replaced in the past and never having any break but it's an easy way to make some extra money. Personally I felt like saying sure, let me see the broken window but I didn't as I wanted to get the truck and get some work done instead of wasting time at this place. Again they did a good job with painting the roof of my cab.

Told me car was to be ready on a monday, called Monday said delayed till Tuesday. Did this for 3 more days each day a new excuse as to why it wasn't done. Didn't pick up car till almost closing on that Friday.
