This is my third experience with Carstar Eagles Rock and the service was outstanding as it was the previous two times! The staff members are professional, courteous, helpful, and very pleasant. I initially came in just to get a high level estimate of the time it would take for the repair to be completed in order to see if I needed a rental car or not. They offered to call the insurance company and arrange the rental for me and have me picked up and brought to the rental place. It was so helpful and convenient! The work done was excellent and it was done very quickly and they even fixed a few extra scratches on my car that weren't part of the accident/claim for which the car was being repaired. I couldn't recommend them enough!
