Overall, the team did a great job. It was timely and communication was relatively streamlined. I was told at one point I needed an additional part for additional damage and then I was told that it was actually the wrong part that was ordered. I don’t know which was true. There seemed to be some lines crossed at some point. I dropped my car off at 8am and there were no lights on and no one was answering the phone. I then called back a bit later and someone was there to take my call but sounded confused on the key drop box. Additionally, I paid 30% more than I was quoted. I don’t necessarily disagree with the price but there wasn’t much of an explanation given. I’m not upset; I’m glad my car is fixed. I think there could be some tidying up logistically and an understanding that you’re working with people who aren’t as familiar with cars and doing your best to make them feel comfortable with that. I would go back. The repair was timely and well executed. Everyone I spoke to was friendly. No one was rude but if I’m going to give honest feedback, then no, I was not completely satisfied.

GT Car Shop does an incredible job on their bodywork repairs! Their attention to detail is amazing. The work they performed had my car looking like it did when I purchased it years ago.

I was on a tight timeline to get my work done due to a car shipment date I was locked in to. I must have called Chris 25 times to check and make sure the work would be completed. Chris went above and beyond and even went as far as having techs work the weekend and placing multiple techs on reassembly so that my car would be ready on time.

Bumper looks good but there is a piece above the bumper that really needed to be repaired as well and wasn't discussed until pickup. There is now a visible gap where the bumper connects and will be another 2-3 days in the shop to fix.
