There is a small paint run/sag on door where paint needs sanded down and polished. I didn’t notice it till I got home.

Upon receiving the vehicle back.. We had to replace a rear wheel barring and replace wheel weights on the rear tires.. Also the rear tires was flat spotted..

Expectations and process were clear. Communication was great. The text responses were timely/regular. The workmanship seems OK so far. I will say however that the paint color/sheen seems to be off when in certain lighting conditions. It is really only noticeable when you compare it to adjacent unpainted items.

The team was very nice! Unfortunately, car parts ordered from vendor were defective on several attempts, causing completion date to be extended several weeks. Not upset with Carstar, but I can’t say I was completely satisfied due to the extended time it took to get the vehicle back. Bumper looks brand new but was a little disappointed that the old Kia Emblem was put back vs. getting a new one, but overall, I would use Carstar again. Thanks you

Everyone was really nice but I was super disappointed with the quality of my repair. My car was in their possession for a month and I was so excited to have it back but the more I look at it the more I see wrong. The day I picked it up, my mudflap fell off and damaged a new tire that had been put on the car the week before I dropped it off to be worked on. Upon inspection of how it had fallen off, I noticed that the tab to secure it had broken off and they didn’t bother to fix it, the just clipped it together in one hole and sent it out. It didn’t even make it home before it fell off. Then the same day, I went to pump gas and realized that my gas door had been broken in the repair and now flies open when I turn. My new paint is covered in drips and runs very vissably, my roof seals aren’t on correctly and are bent and damaged, my front bumper isn’t set and there’s gaps around my lights and I have to push it in place everytime I get out, my door panel was detached and had to be put back together and so many other things. I wanted to be happy so badly but unfortunately through working as a quality engineer through Honda and looking at cars like mine everyday, it’s hard to miss these massive issues.
